ABOUT QUINTA MIRANDA

Quinta Miranda is a typical house of this region, built in granite and preserved over generations. Recently renovated, it combines the charm of traditional style with all modern amenities, offering comfort and well-being to its guests.
The grounds are spacious and inviting, with gardens, lawns, fruit trees, and small agricultural areas—perfect for leisurely walks and moments in contact with nature, enjoying the aromas, flavors, and sounds of each season.
In the surrounding area, there are many attractions to explore: the historic city of Viana do Castelo, the charming town of Ponte de Lima, sea and river beaches, and trails for hiking or cycling—all just 15 to 20 minutes by car.
The village where the estate is located is part of the Vinho Verde wine route and also offers a rich historical heritage, including manor houses with coats of arms, ancient churches, and a small museum center. Additionally, the village is crossed by the famous Camino de Santiago, providing unique cultural and leisure experiences.

WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING

We spent a wonderful week at Quinta Miranda. The owners could not have made us feel more welcome, and the house is very beautiful and spacious (our family counts 8 people). The garden is great with lots of fruit and vegetables and the children loved the new pool. There is also. BBQ area that is very enjoyable on the mild summer evenings. The house is close to lots of beautiful small towns (Viana, Ponte da Lima...), beaches and there are also lots of close by nature reserve destinations. The village has shops for all the essentials. Finally, the city of Oporto is only a 45 minute drive. This was our second visit to Quinta Miranda and we hope to visit again next year! All the best to Bruno and his family. Roland
